The 1A/1B Yaki collection is designed for relaxed, transitioning, and natural hair that has been straightened or silk pressed. Yaki hair mimics the texture of chemically relaxed or heat-straightened Afro-textured hair — it has a slight roughness to the strand that makes it blend seamlessly where smooth, silky extensions would look out of place.

1A Yaki is the lightest and finest of the yaki textures, with a smooth, natural-looking finish. 1B Yaki has a bit more body and a subtle coarseness that more closely mirrors the feel of relaxed natural hair. Both textures in this collection are 100% human hair and can be flat ironed, blow-dried, and styled to your preference.

Yaki extensions are a particularly good fit for anyone who regularly heat-styles their natural hair, is in a transitioning phase between relaxed and natural, or wants extensions that blend during a silk press without the mismatch that often comes with silkier textures.
