    • Wigs: Kindly allow up to 10 business days for processing before shipment.
    • Bundles: Please allow up to 7 business days for processing before shipment.

  • Shipping Methods:

    • All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Shipping.
    • Expedited shipping is available through USPS Priority Mail Express.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days for USPS Priority Mail and 1-2 business days for USPS Priority Mail Express.

  • Limited Shipping Area:

    • Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States.

  • Order Tracking:

    • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped, allowing you to track your package's journey.

    • As a newly established brand, we may require up to 14 business days for order processing due to our products not being on hand.
